Bradley Attorney Matthew DeAntonio Appointed to Mecklenburg Bar Foundation Board

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Matthew S. DeAntonio, a senior attorney in the firm’s Charlotte office, has been appointed to the Mecklenburg Bar Foundation (MBF) board of directors, effective July 17.

A member of Bradley’s complex business litigation practice group, DeAntonio helps his clients navigate complex commercial disputes. A significant portion of his practice involves representing franchisors in litigation matters such as franchisee terminations and enforcement of post-termination covenants. He also litigates trademark infringement cases and represents clients in a variety of other commercial matters.
