Bradley Attorney Amy Puckett Earns Certified Information Privacy Professional Credential

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Amy E. Puckett, an associate in the firm’s Charlotte office, has earned the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) credential in the United States through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

A member of the Privacy, Security, and Innovation team in Bradley’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group, Ms. Puckett focuses on data privacy, consumer protection, financial services regulatory compliance, and employment law. She counsels clients on a variety of privacy and information security compliance issues, including data breach response and notification requests. She also advises financial institutions on compliance with the regulations of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as well as other state and federal regulations. In addition, Ms. Puckett counsels employers on effective employment policies.

Ms. Puckett received her Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Wake Forest University School of Law.
