Bradley Partner E. Berry Holt Inducted into St. Thomas Health Seton Society

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that E. Berry Holt, a partner in the firm’s Nashville office, has been inducted into the Seton Society of St. Thomas Health of Tennessee.

The Seton Society recognizes and pays tribute to physicians, nurses, healthcare workers and community volunteers who demonstrate excellence in their professions and in their service to Saint Thomas Health and the greater Nashville community.

“We congratulate Barry on his induction into the Seton Society in recognition of his work and many significant contributions to the success of St. Thomas Health over many years,” said Bradley Nashville office managing partner Lela Hollabaugh.

A member of Bradley’s Healthcare Practice Group, Holt focuses his practice primarily on the health care industry. For over four decades, he has handled a wide range of healthcare provider and other business matters. His practice ranges from general corporate advice to specific health care advice regarding transactional, regulatory or operational matters.

Holt is a past president of the Tennessee Academy of Hospital Attorneys and chairman of the Discovery Place board. In addition, he has served on the advisory board of directors of First Tennessee Bank, N.A., and the boards of the Mental Health Cooperative, Tennesseans for the Arts, Belmont United Methodist Church Trust Fund, and The Nashville Food Project.

Holt received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.

Founding Bradley partner John T. Connors, who is deceased, and former Bradley attorney Reber Boult also were inducted into the Seton Society as Bradley attorneys.

A longtime Bradley client, Saint Thomas Health is the leading faith-based health care system in Tennessee and is a part of Ascension, the largest non-profit health system in the United States and the world’s largest Catholic health system.
