Fennemore Craig Attorney Elected Chair of the Board of The Herberger Theater

Fennemore Craig, a leading Mountain West business law firm, announced Theresa Dwyer, a director in the firm’s Phoenix office, has been elected chair of the board of The Herberger Theater.

Dwyer concentrates her practice in civil and administrative appeals, complex civil litigation, administrative law, and utility regulation. She has litigated more than 100 appellate matters covering a wide range of business, contract, and tort issues. Dwyer earned her J.D. and B.A. from Arizona State University and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for her appellate practice.

The Herberger Theater fosters growth of the arts and is considered the premier performance venue, arts incubator in Phoenix. Opened in 1989 and fully renovated in 2010, The Herberger Theater offers three venues, an art gallery, a plaza that hosts civic and arts events and rentable event space for a variety of community uses.
