Attorney Frank M. Rapoport Named AIAI Chief Strategy Advisor

The board of the Association for the Improvement of American Infrastructure (AIAI) has appointed construction law attorney Frank M. Rapoport, senior partner and chair at the law firm of Peckar & Abramson in Miami as its new chief strategy advisor – a volunteer position.

Rapoport’s role involves the strategic direction of AIAI’s primary public-private-partnerships (P3) action agenda, the development of key outreach issues and working with AIAI’s government affairs and law and legislative committees.

Rapoport is highly regarded for strategizing and implementing successful business-capture plans for clients pursuing P3s, design-build and complex infrastructure projects. His knowledge and respect for the political issues in P3 deals have led to many successful collaborations with key government officials.
