Nichole Plagens Joins Munck Wilson Mandala

Munck Wilson Mandal welcomes employment and labor attorney Nichole Plagens. Plagens represents clients in various employment litigation matters related to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), First Amendment and defamatory claims, employment classification disputes, workman’s compensation, and other employer-related disputes. She is a frequent presenter and has authored employment law articles on Title VII, EEOC & LGBT, and state and federal case law updates.
Plagens received her J.D. cum laude from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law where she was the CLE editor for the SMU Law Review Association. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association and she serves as an SMU Mock Trial coach. Plagens previously practiced law as an associate at Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt and Kutchin P.C. in Dallas.
