Munsch Hardt Launches Blog, Brings Attention to the Latest in Immigration Law

With immigration being one of the most widely discussed subjects in today’s political, economic and social spheres, Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr P.C. (Munsch Hardt) is excited to announce the launch of its newest blog, Immigration Insights. Beginning today, May 16, our blog will be published regularly, focusing on updates regarding the Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Legislative issues and other breaking news topics.

The new blog platform enables Munsch Hardt to provide clarification on new decisions and regulations handed down from governmental entities as they happen. Understanding that immigration matters have far-reaching effect on businesses and individuals, the Munsch Hardt Immigration team is dedicated to ensuring that our clients are fully aware of the laws and regulatory changes as well as their implications for business and life at large.

“With the ongoing immigration developments and vast amount of media coverage regarding immigration policy and enforcement, many companies and individuals find themselves asking, ‘what does that mean for us?’” said Irina Plumlee, shareholder at Munsch Hardt. “Those questions are the reason for launching our new blog – to deliver answers and information in real time. We continuously strive to be a reliable resource for our readers and clients, and this blog is one more tool to help us serve them better.”

Munsch Hardt’s Immigration team, based in Dallas and Houston, includes attorneys Irina Plumlee, Nathaniel Martinez and Elvia Munoz, each of whom will contribute to the blog. Together, they work with companies and individuals to address visa and work authorization needs of U.S. and global personnel, including professionals, managers and executives, treaty investors/traders, essential workers, persons of extraordinary ability, corporate trainees and students. On any given day, our team is working with companies and their employees active in the construction, education, energy, engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, media, telecommunications, technology and transportations industries.

Last February, the firm was recognized as the 2017 “Immigration Law Firm of the Year – Texas” by Corporate INTL magazine for its expertise and years of experience in corporate and family immigration services. In addition, for years the practice has been ranked by Chambers USA – Texas.
