Bryan Wick and Jason Rudd recently co-authored chapters in Commercial Bankruptcy Litigation and Strategic Alternatives for and Against Distressed Businesses, both published by Thomson Reuters.

Wick and Rudd co-authored Chapter 11, Postconfirmation Litigation, in Commercial Bankruptcy Litigation, 2d, 2018 ed., a comprehensive guidebook for practitioners facing litigation in a bankruptcy context. Chapter 11, Postconfirmation Litigation, discusses the prosecution and defense of the types of claims often litigated following a debtor’s confirmation of its bankruptcy plan, with specific attention to fraudulent transfer, preference and related avoidance actions and defenses.
